WHAT WE BELIVE
At LAC, we desire to be a 21st Century Apostolic Church. We are founded upon the belief that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. We believe in miracles, healing, and the new birth experience.
ONE GOD
We believe there is only one God. (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
WATER BAPTISM IN JESUS NAME
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism, we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Romans 6:3-6, Colossians 2:11-14, Acts 2:38)
HOLY GHOST
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2:4)
We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy, and compassion.
SENIOR PASTOR
TERRY GILLUM
Pastor Terry Gillum has faithfully served in ministry for more than 43 years. Called by God to preach at the age of 12, he has devoted his life to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and helping others grow in their relationship with God. Since July 2000, he has served as the founding pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Versailles, Kentucky.
Pastor Gillum is passionate about teaching the Word of God and believes that lives are transformed through sound biblical doctrine, personal Bible studies, and a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. One of the greatest joys of his ministry is watching people grow from new believers into mature disciples who faithfully live for God.
He and his wife, Robin, cherish their family, church family, and the community of Versailles. Together, they are committed to fostering a church where people are loved, encouraged, and united in their pursuit of Christ.
A verse that has greatly influenced Pastor Gillum’s life is Galatians 6:7 (KJV): “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

ASSOCIATE PASTOR
TERRY GILLUM II
Terry Gillum has served in ministry for 13 years and has been a part of LAC for 19 years. He has faithfully served as Associate Pastor for the past 4½ years.
Terry and his wife, Shelly, have been married for 27 years and are blessed with five children (four sons and one daughter) along with two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren.
His vision for LAC is, “To be the worst church at outreach UNTIL we become the greatest church at in-reach.” Galatians 6:10 “As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith”
One of his favorite scriptures is Micah 6:8 “What doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God”
His desire for every visitor who walks through the doors of LAC is this: “You may find places where people can out preach us, out sing us, or out play us, but you’ll never find a place that will out love us.”
What makes a person truly apostolic isn’t the Miracles, Wonders and Signs but the LOVE that we have one towards another.
